You must meet the minimum age requirement to enter nightclubs in your jurisdiction and be at least 18 years old to use the Service. We reserve the right to verify your age and identity and may suspend or terminate accounts that fail to meet this eligibility criterion.

3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information and to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity on your account.
3.2 Account Responsibility
You agree not to share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts. Any misuse may result in suspension or termination.
4. Community Standards and Code of Conduct
4.1 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in:
Harassment, abuse, or harm of other users
Sharing of objectionable, hateful, or illegal content
Misrepresentation of events, venues, or your identity
Manipulation of Service features, such as the “Fire Rating” system
Unauthorized commercial activity or promotions
4.2 Content Standards
All user-generated content must:
Be truthful and respectful of others’ rights
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Avoid promoting illegal activity, hate speech, or discrimination
5. Safety and Abuse Prevention
5.1 No Tolerance for Objectionable Content
We maintain a strict no-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
5.2 Flagging and Reporting
The Service provides tools for users to flag objectionable content or report abusive behavior. Reports can be made anonymously, and we will act on all valid reports within 24 hours.
